WARNING

Under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 it is an offence
. To supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000)
. For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. (Penalty exceeds $700)

SHIPPING POLICY

Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes or anywhere outside of Australia. In the instance the recipient has provided incorrect or out-of-date details Untitld Liquor Group Pty Ltd is not liable for lost product. Processing time will be 1-2 working days and delivery time will depend on courier availability. In accordance with Section 101, Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 a maximum of 30 units (5 Cases) can be sold per customer, per transaction, per day.

To comply with Federal Australian Law, alcoholic products can not be shipped 'Express' and/or air freight. Shipping times may vary depending on carrier availability.

DELIVERY OF LIQUOR
Liquor must be delivered to a person aged 18 or over. The licensee must ensure that delivery arrangements include requiring
evidence of age where appropriate.
Liquor must not be delivered and left at unoccupied premises on same day the order is received.
Liquor may only be delivered during the following hours:
- between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. on any day other than Sunday, Good Friday, ANZAC Day or Christmas Day.
- between 10 a.m. and 11 p.m. on Sunday.
- between 12 noon and 11 p.m. on ANZAC Day.
- No deliveries are permitted on Christmas Day or Good Friday.

Untitld Liquor Group Pty Ltd (Trading as Voir Vodka) is not liable for incorrectly entered shipping addresses leading to unclaimed delivery.

Untitld Liquor Group Pty Ltd (Trading as Voir Vodka accepts that on some rare occasions, a bottle may have a faulty seal or become damaged in transit. In this case we may replace or provide a credit note for the amount of the purchase.

Untitld Liquor Group Pty Ltd (Trading as Voir Vodka) must be notified of damage caused to goods during shipping, within 3 days of delivery. Replacement of goods will be coordinated by Untitld Liquor Group via email (info@voirvodka.com)

Untitld Liquor Group Pty Ltd (Trading as Voir Vodka) provided there is satisfactory evidence damage was caused during transit photo evidence may be required.

Goods will under no circumstance be delivered to persons under the age of 18 years. We may request that the person who receives the goods provide satisfactory evidence of proof of age. 

We are not liable for supply of alcoholic goods to minors if false identification documents are presented upon delivery and/or non compliance of Terms of Service.
